• You can only Backorder Numbers that have been Disconnected in the national database

When a number gets totally disconnected it goes into a four month aging process before it gets returned to the Available pool. And just because you hear a disconnect message when you call doesn’t mean the number is really disconnected in the national database. Regular phone companies can’t see disconnected numbers because they only see what’s currently in the available pool, and they can't get you what they can't see. Vanity number squatters grab up the best numbers within the first seconds so the available numbers are ultimately just the leftovers.

• We’ll research the number and try to get it for you when it comes out of disconnect

The first thing we do is confirm that it’s still available to backorder and do the research to get the exact date it comes out of disconnect. You can cancel it any time up until the date it comes out of disconnect. If you don’t cancel it, we’ll try to get it for you in the first few seconds after it comes out. There’s no charge if we’re not able to get it for you so you only pay for results.

• Disconnected Numbers are very hard to get and take more time and effort

We only charge $4.95 to place the backorder and do the research for you. You only pay the Backorder fee ($195 for an 866, $395 for an 877, $595 for an 888, and $795 for an 800), if we’re able to get it for you after it comes out. We then give you the proof of ownership and you it’s your number nationwide with no strings. We give you free temporary service and help you transfer your 800 number to whatever company you want for the ongoing service.

• Backorders can be canceled any time up until they come out of disconnect

A Backorder is obviously time sensitive and an order, not a suggestion, so it has to be placed online and canceled in writing before the drop date if you don’t want it.
